Struggling with octave passages that collapse the moment you bring them up to tempo?
Six Weeks To
Audition-Ready
How It Works
From Intermediate To Advanced.
Is This You?
Are You...
Dreaming of playing the cadenza with the freedom you hear in the great recordings?
Tired of "just slow it down" feedback that never actually fixes the passage?
Eager to learn the bow technique that makes difficult passages finally lock in?
Seeking a faster, clearer path from the practice room to the stage?
Determined to walk on stage knowing the piece will hold up under pressure?
If the answer is “Yes” to any of the above, this program is for you.
Curriculum — 6-Week Audition Intensive
The roadmap — session by session.
Sessions 1–4 · Weeks 1–2
Foundation
01
Diagnostic run-through of your audition program; tone production, bow technique, and an intonation framework built around your repertoire. We confirm which passages are ready and which are blocked.
By end of Session 2: a written document identifying every passage blocking you, with a specific drill for each. You know exactly what to fix.
Sessions 5–8 · Weeks 3–4
Technical mastery
02
The specific technical demands of your program — the shifts, the fast passagework, the finger independence and memory security, the bow control — drilled passage by passage and consolidated toward target tempo.
Sessions 9–10 · Week 5
Performance architecture
03
Full run-throughs of your program at target tempo; stamina; mental management under pressure.
Week 5: a full audition simulation — your program, start to finish, treated as the real thing. Written breakdown of what held and what didn’t. One week to fix what surfaces.
Sessions 11–12 · Week 6
Audition ready
04
Final refinement based on the simulation results; a final full run of your program; readiness confirmation; pre-screen recording-session guidance.
Session 12: you perform, we review. You walk out knowing exactly where you stand before your actual audition or exam.

The Bonuses
Five tools built for the audition
The Pre-Screen Video Mastery System
Panels judge the recording first.
Conservatoire panels and diploma adjudicators judge the recording before they ever see the player — and most home recordings quietly cost marks before the first phrase is done. This is the exact phone, laptop, or entry-level-camera placement, lighting, and audio setup that makes a home take sound clean and look professional. Plus the ABRSM submission checklist, conservatoire pre-screen format requirements, and how to structure the session so you capture your best take — not your most exhausted one.
The Performance Day Mental Blueprint
Hold up on the day.
The week before an audition is where the preparation quietly comes apart — the over-playing, the second-guessing, the 2am doubt. This is the fix: a structured system for each of the 7 days before you walk out — what to practice, what to stop practicing, how to handle the physical symptoms on the day, and a pre-performance ritual built for string players, not the generic breathing drills athletes use.
The Audition-Prep Practice Tracker
Know what’s working.
The students who arrive at Week 5 ready are, almost without exception, the ones who tracked what they actually practised — not what they meant to. This is the daily tracker, built around your 6-week audition roadmap: which passages, the tempo you reached, what broke down, and exactly what to bring to the next session. 60 seconds to fill in; one glance to see if the week moved.
The Personalized Daily Warm-Up Sheet
A warm-up built for you.
Stock warm-ups don’t ready your hands for your program. After your first session I hand-build a 10–15 minute routine tuned to your specific technical weak points — the first thing you play every day before you touch your repertoire.
The Post-Audition Debrief Session
Close the loop, open the next.
About 14 days after your audition or exam, we meet again to review your performance — what held up under pressure, what didn’t, and what to keep drilling. One conversation that closes the loop and opens the next chapter: the next audition cycle or the next piece.
30-Day No Questions Asked Money-Back Guarantee

FAQ
Questions, answered.
It depends on one thing: can you already play through your audition program? If yes — six weeks at two sessions per week, with a personalized roadmap and between-session feedback, is enough to get from "can play through it" to audition-ready. If you're still learning the notes, this program isn't right for you yet. The free call is where we find out which is true for you.
You play a passage — any passage where you feel stuck — and I give you one specific technical fix before the call ends. You leave with something actionable regardless of whether you enroll. At the end, if I think the program is a fit, I'll tell you and we'll map out your starting point. I'll also tell you honestly if it isn't the right time.
No. Every student starts with the free 30-minute call. This lets me confirm you're at the right level and understand where you're stuck before we begin. I only take 5 students per intake — the call is how I make sure each spot goes to someone the program will actually work for.
Yes. This is for players at roughly diploma entry level who can already play through their audition program (rough is fine — the notes need to be there). It is not for beginners or for players learning their repertoire from scratch. The free call is where I verify this by listening to you play.
Book the call anyway. We'll talk through whether the timeline is workable or whether a different approach makes more sense. Sometimes a compressed version with extra sessions is possible; other times I'll tell you honestly the timeline is too tight, and we'll prioritize what matters most for this cycle while planning the next.
At this level the limiting factor isn't proximity — it's feedback frequency. Here you get two sessions a week plus between-session video feedback: three expert touchpoints a week. Most in-person teachers offer one weekly lesson with no structured support between.
By the end of Week 1 you'll have a written diagnosis of every passage blocking you and a drill for each. The first session ends your guessing.
Plan on roughly 3–4 focused hours a day across the six weeks. With two sessions a week, the roadmap tells you exactly what to work on between each one — you don't have to figure it out.
One rescheduled session is allowed with at least 48 hours' notice — we'll find a slot in the same or following week. For illness or injury, one program pause is allowed; the timeline simply extends by the length of the pause. Message me as early as you can and we'll set a clear restart date. The roadmap is tightly sequenced, so chronic rescheduling is what breaks it.
Every program is covered by a 30-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee, valid from your first session. If within the first 30 days you don't feel you're getting massive value, just let me know and I'll refund your payment in full — no hassles, no hoops.
About 14 days after your audition or exam, we meet for the Post-Audition Debrief — one session to review your actual footage, identify what held up under pressure, and decide what to keep drilling. After that you can re-enroll for the next audition cycle or the next piece.
